Our story began long before 2018.

Security has always been part of our roots. My father founded Ultra Security in (YEAR), it was a well-known and respected security company in Salinas. Growing up around the industry inspired us to build something of our own—something earned, something lasting.

In 2015, with hard work, sacrifice, and the unwavering support of my wife, we founded Kysmet Security. What started as a small operation grew into Kysmet Security and Patrol, now proudly serving our community with over 100 employees and 15 patrol units.

As competition increased and the industry evolved, we knew we had to grow smarter—not just bigger. That’s when Kysmet Services Inc. was born. We built a dedicated training facility focused on better preparation, higher standards, and continuous improvement for security officers. Our mission is simple: always look for better ways to train, support, and elevate the security guard community.

As we listened to our officers, another need became clear—reliable duty gear and uniforms. That led to our next step: 10‑8 Uniforms. What started as a solution for our own team quickly grew into a trusted uniform store serving security professionals and law enforcement throughout the Bay Area.

Today, we’re proud to have grown into a true one-stop shop—offering security services, professional training, uniforms, duty gear, and now operating as a licensed firearms dealer. Every step forward has been earned through persistence, learning, and commitment to the communities we serve.
